We supported Standard Life (Phoenix Group) for their Full Year Results presentation at the prestigious London Stock Exchange, delivering a fully managed Zoom Webinar alongside bespoke graphic design assets tailored to their brand. Storm IR provided a complete stage and set build, including a custom‑branded white wooden lectern designed specifically for the event. To support speaker delivery, we supplied a large‑screen autocue system, ensuring presenters could deliver their speeches confidently and naturally. In preparation for the event, we conducted an autocue rehearsal one week prior, followed by a full technical rehearsal the day before. Given the importance of this results presentation, two production managers were assigned to oversee operations, ensuring every detail was executed to the highest standard. Our crew delivered a smooth, reliable, and professional service throughout. Post‑event, Storm IR provided a high‑quality production package, including a top‑and‑tail video edit, SRT and VTT subtitle files, and a human‑verified transcript, all delivered promptly for the client’s distribution needs.

Harbour Energy is another one of our long‑standing clients, and Storm IR supports their entire results cycle from start to finish. For this period, we delivered both the Full Year Results and the Townhall event on the same day. We provided a high‑quality Teams Live webinar and webcast stream, managing all end‑to‑end operations—from setup and rehearsals to the seamless transition into the afternoon Townhall following the morning FY25 presentation. A dedicated green room was set up for our in‑house operator and speakers to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the event. To streamline audience engagement, we created an operator‑managed Q&A chat to synchronise incoming questions on Teams. Our producer coordinated closely with the Investor Relations team to ensure the question order was accurate and ready for delivery. The event welcomed around 200 attendees.
